- 2 5 oz cans of albacore tuna (drained well)

- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- fresh dill (optional, to garnish)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of dry ditalini pasta according to the package directions.
- When the pasta is fully cooked, add the frozen peas and allow to sit for 30 seconds before draining.
- Rinse the pasta and pea mixture under cool water until fully cool, then shake off excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the creamy lemon dressing and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta and pea mixture, drained tuna, diced celery, and parmesan cheese.
- Add the creamy lemon dressing to the mixture and toss to combine.
