- 2 teaspoons pepper
- ¾ cup hot honey
- ¾ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the pork with this spice mixture on all sides.
- In a braiser or heavy pot, combine hot honey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, and mustard. Add the pork and turn to coat in the sauce.

- Remove the pork from the pot and shred it using two forks.
- Place the pot over medium-high heat and bring the liquid to a boil. Reduce the mixture until it thickens to a BBQ sauce consistency, then pour over the pulled pork.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork in the spice mixture overnight.
The apple cider vinegar adds a great tang, but you can substitute it with regular vinegar if needed.
Store leftover pulled pork in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
