Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package cream cheese softened, 8oz/250g package
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 10 whole dill pickles patted dry
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay a slice of ham flat on a cutting board and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the ham.
  3. At one end of the ham, place a pickle and roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining ham and pickles.
  5. Wrap the finished rolls tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces just before serving.

Notes
