Description

These Grilled Chicken Wings are packed with flavor and easy to prepare. Marinated in a delightful mix of olive oil, brown sugar, and spices, they make a satisfying meal or snack. Perfect for gatherings or a quick dinner at home!


Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings party style
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl or a resealable gallon-sized bag.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
  5. Place the marinated wings on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally to prevent burning.
  6. Remove the wings from the grill, garnish with additional chopped parsley, and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the wings overnight.
These wings pair well with a side of fresh vegetables or a dipping sauce.
Make sure to check for doneness, the internal temperature should reach 165°F.
