Description

Ingredients

  • 2 english cucumbers, approximately 1-1¼ pounds, sliced ⅛-inch thick
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion, ⅛-inch thick
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onions.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, fresh dill, granulated sugar, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture, gently folding to ensure all pieces are well coated.
