- 8 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
- 3 large peeled and diced hard boiled eggs
- 8 strips cooked and crumbled bacon

- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the iceberg lettuce through the core into four wedges.
- Remove any outer leaves that are damaged.
- Rinse the lettuce wedges under cool water briefly and dry with paper towels.
- For extra crispness, refrigerate the wedges before serving.
- On a serving platter or individual plates, layer: a wedge of iceberg, blue cheese dressing, diced hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, diced tomato, and chopped chives. Optionally, add blue cheese crumbles.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately with a fork and knife.
