Instructions
- Boil 1 ½ cups of water in a kettle or microwave until bubbling.
- In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the boiling water to the green apple jello and whisk until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the whiskey or vodka, butterscotch schnapps, and the remaining ½ cup of cold water until well combined.
- Pour the Jello mixture into shot cups, allowing some head space for covering.
- Place the shot cups on a baking sheet for convenience and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce on top of each shot and garnish as desired.
