  • 1 package cream cheese softened, 8oz/250g package
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp clamato juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish to taste
  • ½ tsp hot sauce to taste
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • bacon bits
  • chopped pickled beans or asparagus tips
  • tiny shrimp
  • sprinkle celery salt or smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the celery into sticks. Pat dry to ensure the filling adheres.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Adjust the taste to your liking.
  4. Incorporate the bacon and green onions into the mixture.
  5. Spoon or pipe the filling into each celery stick.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  7. Garnish with additional bacon bits, celery salt, or any desired toppings.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more horseradish or hot sauce.
