- 14 ounces kielbasa sausage
- ½ cup diced onion (yellow or sweet)
- 2 cups hash browns (defrost if frozen)
- ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 tsp dried parsley (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp salt-free cajun seasoning (optional)
- 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken or cream of cheddar
- ¼ cup sour cream (or more to taste)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Grease your casserole dish(es) with nonstick spray.
- Cut the kielbasa into ½ inch thick medallions and then quarter each one. Add to a mixing bowl with the hash browns, diced onions, soup, sour cream, seasonings, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the casserole dish and place it in the air fryer.
- Cook on the air fry setting at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling, with the potatoes fully cooked through.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until melted and browned to your preference.
- Serve hot, accompanied by your favorite sides or toppings.
