- 1 pound gold potatoes (about 3-4 medium potatoes)

- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into ¾” to 1” cubes and toss them in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, allowing slight overlap for even roasting.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes start to soften but retain some resistance when poked.
- While the potatoes are cooking, cut the kielbasa into ½” thick pieces and slice the onions into ½” thick sections.
