- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups mini pretzels
- 1 ½ cups red, white, and blue M&Ms
- 1 ½ cups red, white and blue mini Swedish Fish
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and unsalted butter.
- Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
- Stir in the pure vanilla extract once melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated cereal on the lined baking sheet to cool and allow the chocolate to set.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cooled cereal and gently toss until well-coated.
- Add mini pretzels, M&Ms, and Swedish Fish, mixing gently to distribute evenly.
- Transfer to a festive serving bowl or individual cups for easy serving.
