Description

These Unicorn Dessert Cups are a whimsical treat that combines the creamy goodness of white chocolate pudding with vibrant colors and playful sprinkles. Ideal for parties or a fun family dessert, this easy recipe will be a hit with all ages!


Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounce box instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 ounce tub whipped topping (leave ½ cup aside for the topping)
  • pink food coloring
  • blue or teal food coloring
  • purple food coloring
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons unicorn sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Prepare the instant white chocolate pudding according to package directions and allow it to set as instructed.
  2. Fold the pudding into the whipped topping in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
  3. Evenly separate the mixture into three small bowls.
  4. Add pink food coloring to one bowl, blue food coloring to another, and purple to the last bowl, stirring in the color until you achieve the desired shades.
  5. Assemble the dessert into 2-4 cups, adding spoonfuls of each color in an alternating pattern up to the top of the glass.
  6. Top each cup with mini marshmallows, unicorn sprinkles, and a dollop of the reserved whipped topping if desired.

Notes
