Tortilla Kebabs are a delightful combination of ground beef and spices wrapped in tortillas, grilled to perfection. Perfect for a quick dinner or a fun meal that everyone will love, these kebabs are easy to prepare and bursting with flavor.

- 2.5 lbs ground beef sliced thinly
- 12 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup chipotle garlic seasoning or your favorite taco rub
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 medium limes juiced
- 1.5 tbsp pickled jalapenos diced
- 1 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

- Frying Oil
Instructions
- Lay out one tortilla and spread a handful of ground beef over it for a nice thin layer. Generously season with taco rub. Repeat for 5-6 tortillas.
- Stack the meat-stuffed tortillas and trim the edges. Slice them into 2”x2” cubes to create skewers. Assemble these into 4-6 skewers and season the outside.
- Place the skewers in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, diced jalapenos, jalapeno juice, and cilantro in a bowl to create the Creamy Jalapeno Sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Grill the skewers on medium heat, cooking for 8-10 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Once cooked, let them rest.
- While the beef is resting, fry some French fries. Serve the skewers with fries and the Creamy Jalapeno Sauce on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, let the seasoned beef rest for 30 minutes before assembling the skewers.
Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite sauces or add cheese.
