- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Optional 1 cup Ranch dressing and 1 tsp hot sauce – I prefer Sriracha
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the herbs and spices.
- Set the mixture aside.
- Take the drumsticks and place them in a bowl or plastic bag, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Toss the drumsticks to ensure they are well coated in oil.
- Sprinkle the herb and spice mixture all over the drumsticks and coat them thoroughly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2-10 minutes.
- Arrange the coated drumsticks in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the basket and flip the drumsticks over.
- Continue cooking for another 10 minutes at 400°F.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; if it hasn't reached 165°F, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Cooking time may vary due to the size of the drumsticks, so be sure to check the temperature with a digital thermometer to avoid over or undercooking.
- Once the drumsticks reach 165°F internally, serve immediately.
- For an optional dipping sauce, mix together Ranch dressing and hot sauce, adjusting the spice to taste. Enjoy!
