- 4 tablespoons sambal garlic chili sauce

- 4 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender to make the sauce.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- For the spring rolls, soak rice sheets individually in warm water until pliable, about 5-10 seconds.
- Place the soaked rice sheet on a wet surface, then add your chosen protein and pile on the vegetables.
- Roll the rice wrapper tightly; it will stick to itself. Cut in half and serve with the sauce.
Notes
For the best results, soak rice sheets just until flexible to prevent tearing.
