Description

Enjoy the rich and creamy Spicy Peanut Sauce for Spring Rolls that makes a fantastic dip. With key ingredients like peanut butter and garlic, this quick recipe is perfect for a delightful appetizer or healthy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sambal garlic chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender to make the sauce.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. For the spring rolls, soak rice sheets individually in warm water until pliable, about 5-10 seconds.
  4. Place the soaked rice sheet on a wet surface, then add your chosen protein and pile on the vegetables.
  5. Roll the rice wrapper tightly; it will stick to itself. Cut in half and serve with the sauce.

Notes

For the best results, soak rice sheets just until flexible to prevent tearing.
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less sambal garlic chili sauce.
