- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces smoked fish hickory smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, smoked fish, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper. Use a hand mixer to mix everything until smooth. For added texture, reserve half of the smoked fish and mix it in later.
- Add sliced green onions and hot sauce, along with the reserved smoked fish if desired; stir gently to combine.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with more green onions and minced parsley. Serve it with crackers, crostini, fresh veggies, or your favorite dippers.
Notes
For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preference.
You can substitute other types of smoked fish if desired.
