- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 3-4 green onions sliced
- 2-3 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and minced garlic; sauté for 6-8 minutes until chicken is crumbled and no longer pink.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens; remove from heat.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve over white rice or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add sliced bell peppers or snap peas during the cooking process.
