Description

These Pita Chips are crunchy, flavorful, and easy to make! With just a few ingredients like pitas and everything bagel seasoning, they’re ideal for snacking or as a delightful appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 large pitas
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (or 375°F for air fryers) and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each pita in half, then slice each half into three wedges. For pita pockets, halve the wedges for thinner chips.
  3. Arrange the pita wedges in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  4. Lightly spray the tops of the chips with olive oil, then sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite spices to the olive oil before spraying the chips.
Store any leftover pita chips in an airtight container to maintain their crispiness.
