- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
Instructions

- Fold in ½ cup of chopped pecans to the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably 8 hours or overnight for enhanced flavor.
- When ready to serve, roll the cheese ball in the remaining chopped pecans, sprinkle with reserved green onions, and present on a platter with assorted crackers, carrot sticks, celery, and cucumbers.
