Description

This Fruit Dip combines creamy goodness with a touch of sweetness from maple syrup, making it an ideal snack for gatherings or a healthy treat. Enjoy with fresh fruits or crackers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup vanilla low-fat or full-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • foods for dipping: berries, grapes, and other fresh fruit, graham crackers, and/or pretzels

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a stand mixer bowl or a medium bowl if using a handheld mixer. Mix on medium-low speed until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds more.
  3. Serve the dip with a variety of dippers like fresh berries, grapes, cut fruit pieces, pretzels, and graham crackers.
  4. Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese or yogurt.
Feel free to customize the dip with your favorite sweetener instead of maple syrup or honey.
