- ¾ cup vanilla low-fat or full-fat greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Place the softened cream cheese in a stand mixer bowl or a medium bowl if using a handheld mixer. Mix on medium-low speed until smooth.
- Add the yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds more.
- Serve the dip with a variety of dippers like fresh berries, grapes, cut fruit pieces, pretzels, and graham crackers.
- Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese or yogurt.
