This Frozen Mudslide combines the rich flavors of chocolate ice cream, vodka, and coffee liqueur into a creamy, delightful treat. It’s simple to make, perfect for warm days, and great for sharing a sweet moment with friends.

- 16 ice cubes
- 6 scoops chocolate ice cream, about 3 cups
- 3 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces baileys irish cream
- 3 ounces kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 3 ounces heavy cream or half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Add 16 ice cubes to a blender and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds until finely crushed.
- Add chocolate ice cream, vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlúa, heavy cream or half-and-half, and chocolate syrup.
- Blend on high for about 45 seconds until thick, creamy, and smooth with no ice chunks.
- Pour the mixture into two tall glasses.
- Serve immediately and garnish with whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use premium quality chocolate ice cream.
You can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
Adjust the amount of chocolate syrup for added sweetness.
