Description

This Frozen Mudslide combines the rich flavors of chocolate ice cream, vodka, and coffee liqueur into a creamy, delightful treat. It’s simple to make, perfect for warm days, and great for sharing a sweet moment with friends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ice cubes
  • 6 scoops chocolate ice cream, about 3 cups
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 3 ounces baileys irish cream
  • 3 ounces kahlúa coffee liqueur
  • 3 ounces heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup


Instructions

  1. Add 16 ice cubes to a blender and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds until finely crushed.
  2. Add chocolate ice cream, vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlúa, heavy cream or half-and-half, and chocolate syrup.
  3. Blend on high for about 45 seconds until thick, creamy, and smooth with no ice chunks.
  4. Pour the mixture into two tall glasses.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use premium quality chocolate ice cream.
You can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
Adjust the amount of chocolate syrup for added sweetness.
