Description

This fajita seasoning brings a burst of flavor with its mix of spices like chili powder and cumin. A quick and easy blend that transforms your meals into delicious feasts, perfect for any gathering or a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper or lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Use this seasoning to prepare sheet pan chicken fajitas or store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by using more or less chili powder to suit your taste.
For a smoky flavor, use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
This seasoning blend can also be used for seasoning vegetables or other proteins.
