Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 6-8 lb bone-in ham
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • ½ cup reserved ham juices
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the brown sugar and mustard in a medium bowl.
  2. Unwrap the ham and place it in a 6-quart slow cooker, trimming if necessary. Rub the brown sugar mixture all over the ham.
  3. Pour the pineapple juice into the slow cooker, cover with the lid, and cook on low for 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 140℉.

Notes

For added flavor, let the ham rest for a few minutes before slicing.
You can use the reserved ham juices for a flavorful gravy.
Adjust cooking time based on the size of the ham for best results.
