Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425˚F with a rack in the center.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy exterior, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine baking powder, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Toss the wings with the seasoning mixture.
- Spread the wings in a single layer, skin-side-up, on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 425˚F, turning every 15-20 minutes until they are crispy and browned on both sides, which can take 45-60 minutes based on wing size.
