- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup 00 flour (or all purpose is fine)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and blended cottage cheese. Mix with your hands until it forms a ball.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead 5-8 times until it's smooth.
- Roll the dough into a circle about 1/2″ thick and 11″ in diameter.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on it.
- Brush the outer edge of the crust with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Notes
If the dough is sticky, add flour gradually until it reaches the right consistency.
The pizza crust can be pre-baked and topped later for a convenient meal option.
