- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (if using table salt, use 1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth, being careful not to overblend. Stir in desired mix-ins.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups until they are 3/4 full, ensuring mix-ins are evenly distributed.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the egg bites are set.
Notes
Silicone muffin pans are recommended for easy removal of the egg bites.
