- 1 package chicken flavored ramen
- 2 cups cooked chicken, coarsely chopped
- 15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained very well
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 2-3 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 packet ramen chicken seasoning packet
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix.
- Break the chicken flavored Ramen noodles into bite-size pieces and add to the bowl.
- Include the cooked chicken, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, and white sesame seeds. Toss everything together.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rice vinegar, ramen chicken seasoning packet, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to thoroughly coat the ingredients.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, add the almonds just before serving.
