  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220° C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by brushing it with olive oil or baking spray, then set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs and trim any excess fat.
  4. Sprinkle in seasoning salt, pepper, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and italian seasoning, then toss well to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is nicely browned on top.
  7. After baking, let the chicken thighs rest for 5 minutes covered with aluminum foil, then slice and serve as desired.
