Description

Whip up this 5-Minute Cilantro Lime Sauce for a burst of flavor! With fresh cilantro, zesty lime, and a kick of jalapeno, it enhances any dish in no time.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • zest of 1/2 a lime, optional
  • kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper


Instructions

  1. Place cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, sour cream, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, and chili powder into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and thoroughly combined.
  3. Adjust seasoning with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to your liking, then enjoy!

Notes

For less heat, use less jalapeno or remove more seeds and ribs.
