- 1 jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice

- zest of 1/2 a lime, optional
- kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions

Notes
